Tripwise Usability Testing

Brief

Tripwise needed a clearer picture of where users were slowing down, second-guessing decisions, or abandoning key tasks. I approached this as a focused usability study aimed at turning observation into actionable product improvements.

What I observed

• users hesitated when comparing itinerary options with similar pricing
• trust signals around changes, refunds, and support were too easy to miss
• several flows asked for commitment before users felt confident enough to continue
